    The club held a coffee morning to mark 80 years since VE Day in 1945. Volunteers made cakes and ran a raffle.The present day value of the collection of old 1940’s coins was correctly guessed by Kathryn. The actual value of the old coins was 4s 10 1/2d or 24 3/8 pence in current-day money.

    There was a great turnout at Bream Sports Club for Lisa’s ‘Wear it Pink against Breast Cancer ‘Coffee Morning. Lisa’s family and friends baked numerous cakes and organised a draw to raise funds for Breast Cancer breakthroughs.The total raised was more than £1,500.
